This week in science , my friends and I shot our paper rockets. We had three rockets and each of them had there own amount of fins. We wanted to see if the number of fins, affected the flight of the rockets. This week we also observed some crickets. We had to draw 3 pictures of what we saw , and write down some of the crickets behavior. Last we viewed videos all a class on youtube, and we watched how animals behavior.
This week i learned about crickets. I was given a sheet with labeled cricket parts on it. I never knew the names of the cricket body parts , so that was interesting. For example , the body of the cricket is called the abdominal segment , and behind the head is called the thorax.
